The ortiga range made by Quattro Stelle in conjunction with Pablo Tordesillas from the now famous Ortiga Restaurant in Brisbane. Antonio and Pablo put their skills and knowledge of Spanish salumi making, together, to produce one of Australia’s best Spanish salumi.

Ortiga products are based in Queensland and distributed by Fino Food and Wine. They will be slowly available nationwide.

The Ortiga range only get stamped with an Ortiga logo once they pass a quality assurance test by Quattro Stelle.
