Our Salumi, (smallgoods), like the salami, are all crafted by hand. Using minimal preservatives, some salumi are cured up to 12 months. The production process is performed under strict guidelines and quality controlled by a member of Antonio’s family. This guarantees a perfect final product, just like Antonio’s nonno would want.
